Well I finally made something for myself! I went to a beautiful wool store here in Fort Wayne and fell in love with the colors and texture of this wool. They also have a fabulous collection of unique buttons! I need to plan my next project and head down there for my wool!

Getting Organized

In order to have more time to be "crafty" I decided to get organized with meal planning and grocery shopping. Both seem to be such a chore anymore and I dread doing them.

I did some research on Pinterest and found some awesome "free" printables to help me get organized. So on my list for this week is to do inventories of my freezer, fridge and pantry so I can start meal planning and using what we already have. So here is the link to Pinterest!!

and so the orders keep rolling in.  I have 4 earwarmers to finish 3-6 newsboy hats and a small paint can to decorate!!!

Back to blogging!

I realized today that I had a blog floating about it cyberworld that I had not touched in a few years! I decided to bring it back to life, so I can share my love of all things crafty.

My craft passions: quilting, scrapbooking, quilting and now crocheting. Unfortunately, my day job gets in the way of me doing all these.

6 months again, I taught myself to crochet (like I needed another craft). All because a friend of my mum's had shown my daughter how to crochet and then went back home. My daughter was stuck and came to me. Thanks to You-Tube I was able to teach myself. And in the process I became addicted!

Fortunately, my craftiness does earn me extra money which helps support my habits!

So with that being said, here are some of my recent crochet projects.
